Millions of people flock to NYC every year to see a Broadway show, and for many watching the performers almost magically create a whole new world for them is an emotional, cathartic, even mind blowing experience! Now what many of these audience members don't realize is the army of people working backstage to create, mold, cast, rehearse and run these shows 8 times a week!

This website has been developed to serve as an introduction to all the people behind the scenes. It is our hope to inspire, and create a sense of appreciation for the dedicated, hard working and rarely seen individuals that help to create magic onstage whilst never actually receiving the applause.

And, lest we not forget the performers... thousands come to NYC to pursue an acting career on the Great White Way known as Broadway. For many it their life's dream and ambition! But the road is never easy, nor is it mapped out and unfortunately for most, the tough reality of it all is never taught in school. It is with loving care, and brutal honesty that this site can share the NYC experience with all those just waiting to jump into and grab hold of their performing dreams.
